The dining room is situated downstairs in a very open relaxed summer setting with a view out to the courtyard.

This seasons a la carte menu offers a fresh seasonal dishes under the direction of head chef james wallis.

he describes the menu as having fresh fun flavours while still allowing his produce to shine.

he achieves this by using only premium produce and dealing great local providores

such as simon johnston & Victor churchill’s butcherys plus many others

Upstairs at The Tilbury is all about relaxing on the sun soaked deck with a Four Pillars Gin & Tonic

and sharing a plate of a dozen fresh market prawns and a lamb gyro on a February sunset while people watching and listening to dj Nick Drabble.

the area upstairs is surrounded by beautiful light timbers, bespoke marble tables and pastel leather banquettes looking out to the deck.

With a variety of areas within the hotel we can accommodate all styles of functions including product launches, corporate events, photo shoots, BIRTHDAYS, LADIES GROUPS, MEETINGS, SCHOOL RE-UNIONS, cocktail parties AND MORE........

FOR ALL BAR FUNCTIONS WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 30 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE. (we do not reserve areas for less than 30 people). Our deck and courtyard spaces hold 30 people and our inside bar space can hold up to 80 people. THERE IS A MINIMUM SPEND OF $1500 ON THE BAR from jANUARY-oCTOBER AND $2500 in nOVEMBER & dECEMBER. oNE $4 CANAPE PER PERSON MUST BE ORDERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW rsa LAWS. all groups of less than 30 people can find space in the public bars on a first in best dressed basis.

ALL RESTAURANT GROUPS of 10 -40 people are required to go onto a reduced a la carte menu or a choice set menu.
